Commissioned Display Objects

The wood objects pictured were commissioned for a local Delaware silversmith. Amelia is participating in the Instructor & Student Continuing Education exhibit at Delaware College of Art and Design's main gallery. The exhibit opened as part of the First Friday’s arts tour for April. The turnings are from locally harvested cherry and walnut for the hanging pedestal the rear of the display.

Preview – Light Frame Wall Cabinets

Time of Two Lights - Detail
Mike Stofiel

The above is a sample image of my new series of wall mounted cabinets. On the small scale, the works are designed/ built as wall mounted objects. As a larger cabinet, the work acts as slim screen surround and vertical multi-media centers. The cabinets center the visual living spaces while creating organized spatial effects on an exspanded wall surface.

Lindsey Adelman - Lighting

Lindsey Adelman

More fine art than light fixture, Lindsey Adelman's custom hand-blown glass pendants are one-off, hand-blown glass light fixtures bound and tethered with an array of materials: intricately knotted rope, 23 karat gold, oil-rubbed bronze parts, cloth-covered cord and stainless steel.
